Our goal is to partner with you as you lead your children to know, love and serve Jesus.

check-in/out procedures
It is our primary responsibility to ensure that your children are SAFE when participating in VCF KIDZ programs. All Children's Ministry volunteers undergo an application approval process and criminal background check. We also provide annual training on safety procedures.
There are CPR/First Aid certified members on-site
in case of an emergency.
drop off
VCF KIDZ utilizes a "safe check-in" procedure for all Children's Ministry events. Each week you will check-in your children at our KIDZ CHECK-IN counter.
Children ages 0-5th grade will receive a name badge with a unique code and other pertinent information (allergies, medical needs, etc.) to wear. Parents will receive an additional tag with the same unique code that is required for pick up.

Please have your pick up tag ready to present to the VCF KIDZ classroom leader when picking up your child.
We ask that you pick up your child promptly following service.
